The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. ("The Company") announces that on 03.09.2014 adopted
the Resolution No 45/2014 on granting a joint commercial proxy authority to Mr Łukasz Tomsia
subject to the provision that the Proxy must act jointly with a member of the Management Board.
Mr Łukasz Tomsia is of higher education, graduated from the Pedagogical University of Cracow,
Political and Social Sciences 2000; Post-Graduate Study in Logistics Systems of Enterprises (2001),
Quality and Environment Protection (2005); Executive MBA - 2012.
Career:
17.02.1997 to 31.07.2014 working for: SAINT-GOBAIN; Pfleiderer AG Technika Izolacyjna; RUUKKI
POLSKA; Klose Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli, LG STARION, Faurecia Wałbrzych Frames, Keiper
Recaro - mostly in key managerial positions.
Mr Łukasz Tomsia is not currently active in other companies or partnerships, does not sit in any
governing bodies of other companies including partnering in a civil, general or private partnership.
Mr Łukasz Tomsia represents that he does not operate any competitive activities vis-à-vis the
Company and does not participate in any competitive companies or partnerships in relation to the
Company as a partner in a civil, general or private partnership, or as a member of a governing body
of a corporate entity, and does not participate in any other competitive legal entity in relation to the
Company as a member of the first.
Moreover, Mr Łukasz Tomsia represents that he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors
(Rejestr Dłużników Niewypłacalnych) carried pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
