Application
The 19“rack serves as a carrier for Power Supply and
all TNC2000 system modules. Made of anodised
aluminium profiles has dimensions of 3U(height) and
84T(width) according to DIN 41494-5 or IEC 60297-3
standard. The PCB size for all system modules is
100x160 mm. The input/output termination blocks are
mounted at the rear side of the rack. Depending on the
quantity of measuring circuits needed for realizing the
protection and monitoring system for a given rotating
machine the full system can have a capacity of one or
more racks. Typically for a machine set with four-six
bearings the full system has a size of two racks. The
rack is internally wired according to measuring circuits
specification required for a given system configuration.
Relays are situated inside the rack. Their
quantity and internal wiring is adapted to the specific
requirements of a given system configuration.
