Professional Résumé
Rafał Karnowski, has been related to the Company since May 2000. He has a university
level of education. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of
Łódź, being awarded the Master title in 2000.
He completed post-graduate studies in finance, European economic and legal relations in the
Warsaw School of Economics in 2004. In 2008 Rafał Karnowski was registered as a legal
adviser under the number of Łd-M-1492.
From 1 July 2008 till 31 July 2010 Rafał Karnowski was a Member of Magellan S.A.
Management Board. He was also a Member of Supervisory Boards in the subsidiary
companies operating in Slovakia and Czech Republic such as Magellan Slovakia s.r.o. and
MedFinance Magellan s.r.o.
On 2 August 2010 Rafał Karnowski was appointed as a Proxy of Magellan S.A.
