Streszczenie:
W artykule omówiono zasady leczenia pacjentów z cukrzycątypu 1 za pomocą intensywnej
insulinoterapiiprzy użyciu nowoczesnych preparatów insulin orazpomp insulinowych. Osobiste
pompy insulinowe razemz urządzeniami monitorującymi glikemię tworzązintegrowane systemy
podawania insuliny w corazbardziej precyzyjny i dokładny sposób. Nadal dalekadroga wiedzie do
systemu pętli zamkniętej. Mechanizmyautoimmunologiczne choroby nadal wymagająwyjaśnienia
– zwrócono w artykule uwagę na najnowszebadania prowadzone w zakresie prewencji
wtórnejcukrzycy typu 1.
Abstract:
The principles of type 1 diabetes treatment with intensiveinsulinotherapy method using modern
insulins andpersonal insulin pomps were discussed. Personal insulinpomps together with
continuously monitoring systemscreate integrated tools for dosing insulin in more andmore
accurate way. Unfortunately, we are all-time faraway to closing the loop. The autoimmunological
mechanismsof the disease are not explained as before. Therecent studies concerning secondary
prevention of type1 diabetes were also discussed in this article.
