1. We are planning to arrange a concert on 7 of July (Sunday) at Siauliai Cathedral;

2. The stage at Šiauliai Cultural Centre (the contest will be held here), scena konkursowa
• Width 10 m szerokość
• Depth 7 m głębokość
• (sound equipment will be arranged for the musicians at the back of the stage), muzycy z

• During the contest, only musicians of Categories 1 and 2 will be equipped with sound.
Muzycy będą mieli mikrofony tylko w kategorii 1 i 2
• Category 3, 4, 5, 6 will not be equipped with sound. Bez mikrofonów

The concert programmes of the festival are to be selected by your choice, performance
durations max. 30 min. program koncertów najdłuższy 30 minut

3. Main Stage near “Senasis dvaras”
• Width 12 m szerokość / Depth głębokość 10 m (including 2, 4 m of a platform for
musicians, włączając 2, 4 m podest dla kapeli)
• większość koncertów jest tutaj / Sound equipment at the back (the platform) and front
mikrofony z tylu i z przodu sceny
4. Preliminary performance durations: długość koncertów
• The opening concert – 12-13 minutes. Koncert inauguracyjny
• The closing concert - 15 minutes. Koncert Galowy
• The evening concert - 30 minutes. Koncert wieczorny
5. Concerts at the pedestrian Vilniaus street , koncerty na deptaku
• The day-time concerts -20 minutes.(with microphones, on pavement), 20 minut z
mikrofonami na chodniku
• Every country will have to teach audience traditional national folk dances. Każdy zespół
musi nauczyć widzów tańców (animacje!)

6. Concerts at the shopping centre “Saulės miestas”, w markiecie
• The day-time concerts -20 minutes (without microphones, on pavement) Bez

7. Get-togethers of festival participants will be held every evening; there, every country (during
one evening) will have to teach others their folk dances. Każdy zespół musi nauczyć inne
zespoły tańców(animacje z innymi zespołami), podczas całego wieczoru
