CALL FOR PAPERS II INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER THE NATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION INSTITUTE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION Department of Supporting the Development of Persons with Disabilities The 3rd Academic Conference ‘Theory and Practice of Prevention and Supporting the Development of Persons with Disabilities’ April 22nd to 23rd 2013 We kindly invite to participate in our conference. It will start in the Faculty of Education building, Ingardena 4 street, where the opening and first plenary session will take place (the 22nd of April, 10.00a.m.-12.30a.m.). After coffee break, at 2.00 p.m. we will transfer by bus all the participants to Mszana Dolna (app. 50 km southeast from Krakow to the Folwark Stara Winiarnia hotel to continue the debates). Please, find attached the conference program. We will also give the transportation for the way back to Krakow next day, after conference closing (app. 2.30p.m.). If you wish a vegetarian food, please let us know up to the 12th of April by e-mail. We are going to publish the papers in Polish or English version (2 books: one in Polish, one in English). The participant is free to choose the language (only one). The papers should be admitted to the 15th of June by email or by regular mail (paper and CD). We would appreciate if the authors would follow the specified suggestions for the press: Editor Microsoft Word; For page - margins: 2,5 cm; 12 pt. Times New Roman font, 1,5 space; In-text citation: Research by Wegener and Petty (1994) supports... (Wegener & Petty, 1994) M. Jones (1998) found "students often had difficulty using APA style" (p. 199); If you are using figures, tables and/or data from other sources, be sure to gather all the information you will need to properly document your sources; Figures and photos should be attached separately; Reference list/bibliography should be placed in the end of the paper: Camic Ch., Joas H.
