SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
The Workshop will involve three working days (plenary sessions, poster session, field trips).
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of the Workshop will be English.
CALL FOR PAPERS
Participants intending to present a paper are invited to send abstracts - in English - of up to 500
words to the correspondence address by 15th February 2013
The accepted abstracts will be published in a special workshop volume. Conference materials
will be handed out to the participants at their registration. Most interesting full papers, no longer than
10 single-line-spaced type pages (Font Times New Roman 12 points) including figures and tables, will
be published. The deadline for full papers and extended abstracts submission is 15th April 2013.
VENUE
The Workshop will be held in Lądek Zdrój, Poland (a charming health spa located 110 km south
of Wroclaw).
REGISTRATION FEE

230 Euro (before 5th March 2013)

260 Euro (after 5th March 2013 and before 20th April 2013)
Registration fee includes: admittance to all sessions, abstract book, refreshments during breaks,
accommodation, meals, barbecue party, dinner, coffee breaks, shuttle bus from Wrocław to Lądek
Zdrój, field trip.

Submission of abstracts: 15th February 2013
Information on acceptance of papers: 5th March 2013
Second circular: February/ March 2013
Submission of full papers and extended abstracts: 15th April 2013
Final registration and payment: 20th April 2013
