with a plaque supplied by the organizer.

Conditions of entry
1. The deadline for entries on Targi w Krakowie Sp. z o.o. forms compliant with a model attached to these Rules is February 20, 2015.
2. The required six sets of attachments to accompany an entry are:
- Copy of certificate authorizing distribution on the Polish market,
- Manufacturerís consent to the product being entered in the
Competition,
*for foreign exhibitors who don’t have EU Registration Number
are insufficient for preliminary evaluation (§4, 1-2) or payment is not
effected (§4, 3).
4. The Jury may not award the prize in a given product category.
5. The Jury may move awards between categories.
6. Sessions of the Competition Jury are confidential and its decisions
are final.
7. Results of the Competition are announced by the Chairman of the
Competition Jury on the first day of the KRAKDENT Æ Fair during
a banquet for Exhibitors and invited Guests.
