The Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that on 22
February 2013 the Board of Directors of the Company, basing on the Article 2.1 of the Articles of
Association, took a resolution transferring the registered office of the Company within the boundaries
of the municipality of Luxembourg City, from its current location, located at 82 Route d´Arlon, L1150 Luxembourg to its new location, located at 38, boulevard Napoléon 1er , L-2017 Luxembourg.
The transfer is effective from 25 February 2013.
Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A. niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 22 lutego 2013 roku
Rada Dyrektorów Spółki, na mocy art. 2.1 statutu spółki, podjęła uchwałę o przeniesieniu siedziby
Spółki w w granicach terytorialnych miasta Luksemburg z jej dotychczasowej siedziby mieszczącej
się przy ulicy Route d’Arlon 82, L-1150 Luksemburg, do nowej siedziby miszczącej się przy ulicy
boulevard Napoléon 1er 38, L-2017 Luksemburg. Zmiana siedziby nastąpi z dniem 25 lutego 2013
roku.
