MONTERING
1.
Montera de två basplattorna och handtaget
enligt figuren. Se till att handtagets låsstift
låses fast i basplattan.

Placera handtaget med basplattorna till
höger eller till vänster på bakgaveln. Se till
att den böjda listen ligger ordentligt på plats
över bakgavelns kant. Basplattorna ska ligga
på ca 20 cm avstånd från kant till kant.
Avståndet behöver inte vara exakt men
måste vara lika stort på båda sidor.

Märk ut hål för skruvarna. Minst fyra skruvar behövs i vardera plattan. Borra hål med ett borr av
lämplig storlek. OBS! Placera alla monteringsdetaljer på avsedd monteringsplats innan du borrar
monteringshål.
När plattorna och handtaget är monterade och låsta på plats skruvar du fast plattorna. Dra inte åt
för hårt. Testa nu att lyfta låsstiftet och trycka handtaget framåt för att ta av det. Gör det några
gånger tills det går lätt att ta av och sätta dit.

Montera steget så att fästet är vänt mot
flakets mitt. Se till att nylonbrickorna (A)
håller steget centrerat på handtaget enligt
figuren. Dra åt låsmuttern så pass hårt att
steget fortfarande kan röra sig fritt.

Montera plasthattarna på skruvskallarna.

Steget är nu klart att fällas ut.

Monter de to underlagene og håndtaket som
vist på tegningen. Kontroller at håndtakets
låsestift låses fast i underlaget.

Plasser håndtaket med underlagene til høyre
eller venstre på bakgavlen. Kontroller at den
bøyde listen ligger godt på plass over
bakgavlens kant. Underlagene skal ligge
med ca. 20 cm avstand fra kant til kant.
Avstanden trenger ikke være nøyaktig 20
cm, men den må være lik på begge sider.

Merk av hull til skruene. Det trengs minst fire skruer i hver av platene. Bor hull med en bor av
passende størrelse. OBS! Plasser alle monteringsdeler der de skal monteres før du borer
monteringshull.
Når underlagene og håndtaket er montert og låst på plass, skrur du fast underlagene. Ikke trekk til
for hardt. Test om det går an å løfte låsestiften og skyve håndtaket fremover for å ta det av. Gjør
det noen ganger til det går lett å ta av og på.

Monter trinnet slik at festet er vendt mot
midten av lasteplanet. Kontroller at
nylonskivene (A) holder trinnet midt på
håndtaket som vist på tegningen. Stram til
låsemutrene såpass hardt at trinnet fortsatt
kan bevege seg fritt.

Monter plasthattene på skruehodene.

Zamontuj obie płytki i uchwyt zgodnie z
rysunkiem. Upewnij się, że trzpień
zabezpieczający jest dobrze zamocowany
do płytki.

Umieść uchwyt z płytkami po prawej lub
lewej stronie tylnej klapy bagażnika. Upewnij
się, że wygięta listwa jest dobrze
zamocowana na krawędzi tylnej klapy
bagażnika. Odległość pomiędzy krawędziami
płytek powinna wynosić około 20 cm.
Odległość nie musi wynosić dokładnie tyle,
ale musi być jednakowa po obu stronach.

Zaznacz otwory na wkręty. Na każdą płytkę potrzeba co najmniej czterech wkrętów. Wywierć
otwory wiertłem w odpowiednim rozmiarze. UWAGA! Zanim wywiercisz otwory montażowe,
umieść wszystkie elementy we właściwym miejscu.
Po wstępnym przykręceniu i zablokowaniu płytek z uchwytem dokręć je. Nie dokręcaj zbyt mocno.
Spróbuj podnieść trzpień zabezpieczający i popchnąć uchwyt do przodu, aby go zdjąć. Powtórz
kilka razy, aby upewnić się, że zdejmowanie i zakładanie będzie przebiegało sprawnie.

Zamontuj stopień tak, aby mocowanie było
zwrócone w kierunku środka przyczepy.
Upewnij się, że nylonowe podkładki (A)
przytrzymują
ramię
stopnia
wyśrodkowanego na uchwycie (patrz
rysunek). Dokręć nakrętkę zabezpieczającą
w taki sposób, aby stopień poruszał się
swobodnie.

Zamontuj plastikowe zaślepki na łbach wkrętów.

Read the Installation Instructions carefully before fitting.

Fit the two base plates and the handle as
shown in the figure. Make sure that the
locking pin on the handle locks firmly in
place in the base plate.

Position the handle with the base plates on
the right or left side of the tailgate. Make
sure that the bend lies properly in place over
the edge of the tailgate. There should be a
gap of about 20 cm between the edges of
the base plates. The gap does not have to
be exact, but must be the same on both
sides.

Mark out the holes for the screws. At least four screws are needed in each plate. Drill the holes
with a suitable size of drill. NOTE: Place all the parts in their intended position before drilling the
holes.
Screw on the plates when the plates are handle have been fitted and locked in place. Do not
overtighten. Now try lifting the locking pin and pressing the handle forward to remove it. Repeat
several times until it is easy to take off and put on.

Fit the step so that the bracket is turned
towards the middle of the tailgate. Make
sure that the nylon washers (A) keep the
step centred on the handle as shown in the
figure. Tighten the lock nut just enough so
that the step can still move freely.

Fit the plastic caps on the screw heads.
