Conference: Psychosomatic aspects of therapy and recovery Warsaw, 22-23 January 2011 Hotel Poleczki & Airport Apartments CMKP Ladies & Gentlemen, We would like to invite you to join us at a conference on “Psychosomatic aspects of therapy and recovery”, to be held on 22 & 23 January 2011 in Warsaw, Poland. The conference is co-organized by Instytut Psychosomatyczny w Warszawie (the Psychosomatic Institute), Sekcja Medycyny Psychoterapii Polskiego Towarzystwa Lekarskiego (Polish Medical Association, Section for Psychotherapy), Polskie Towarzystwo Balintowskie (Polish Balint Society) and the European Network for Psychosomatic Medicine (ENPM). The venue is a Conference Centre at ul. Poleczki 49, Warsaw and accommodation for the participants will be available on site, at Hotel Poleczki (Airport Apartments) and in other nearby hotels. Conference programme covers both keynote and workshop sessions; the schedule will be distributed in the next conference circular. Recognized keynote speakers to have announced their participation, include Prof. H. Ch. Deter (Berlin, Germany), Prof R. Verissimo (Portugal), Prof. D. Dumitrascu (Romania), Tatiana Sivic (Göteborg, Sweden), M. Berenesvite (Latvia), M. Kopp (Budapest, Hungary), T. Leydenbach (Paris, France), J. Aleksandrowicz (Kraków, Poland), Cz. Czabała (Warsaw, Poland), Prof. G. Schuessler (Innsbruck, Austria), Prof. B. Wasilewski, (Warsaw, Poland). We are currently also discussing participation in the conference of numerous other prominent representatives of our domain. The European Network for Psychosomatic Medicine has decided to hold a meeting & discussion session prior to the conference, on 21 January 2011. The conference venue is approx. 15 min. drive from the F. Chopin Airport in Warsaw, which provides convenient connections with most European capitals and with the USA. Conference entry fees: EUR 80 (discount available for participants from countries of Central and Eastern Europe). We would also like to invite you to a Congress dinner to take place on 22 January 2010 at 8 p.m. The details of the restaurant where the dinner will take place will be provided at a later opportunity. Congress dinner costs EUR 20. You can book a hotel room in Hotel Poleczki (Airports Apartments).
