It represents a rural hut with a single row of rooms, with a long side facing the road, used both for residential and livestockkeeping. The building has a hipped roof with a shinglelike covering. Its walls are made with the log cabin construction system and are of a natural wood colour. This model was originally used for educational purposes and used to have removable roof slopes under which visitors could see the socalled wyżka, i.e. a storage room, and a gallery (przedwyśce) under roof eaves, solutions unique in Polish regional construction.
