The ordering Party reserves the right to proceed during the inquiry proceedings in accordance with its own needs and direction. 6. About ending of process contractor selection the participants will be informed in written form. 7. The ordering Party reserves the right to conclude the contract with one or more contractors selected by means of this inquiry proceeding. 8. The ordering Party wont reimburse any expenses to the participants of the inquiry proceeding arising during the preparation of submission of the offers. 9. The ordering Party reserves the right to cancel or end the process of the contractor selection, withdraw from the dealing without indicating a reason to select the most convenient offer according to its opinion. 10. In case that none of the submitted offers have been chosen, the participants have no right to claim to the ordering Party. 11. In case that none of the submitted offers have been chosen, the ordering Party reserves the right to negotiate the most convenient offer according to its opinion. 12. Stainless steel minimum 1.4571 (or Alloy20 like if needed). Note all piping must be approved/compatible with reactor ratings. Agitator: Capable of mixing viscous polymer dispersion – may need to test- 230/400V, three phase 50 Hz, EEx e ii T4, pressure 10 bar, Three exchangeable mixers(gate, turbine, horseshoe mixers), operating speed approximately 0-100/min, maximum speed 200/min. Vessel: Cylindrical shape, not less chemically resistant (water solutions of acids and bases; styrene, butadiene, organic solvents, halogen compounds), bottom drain valve easy to clean. Cover Plate: Has a center opening for agitator, and 8 openings: 1. One for butadiene, styrene, acrylonitrile and additional ingredients – with dip tube that is along as possible 2. One for other monomer 3. One for other monomer II 4. One for N2/vacuum, vent line 5. One for pressure control 6. One for temperature control 7. One for condenser 8. One for future growth – empty at this time, for example for charging hopper. Bottom Exit Line: manual Ball valve, must have the ability to take viscous samples of latex through a needle outlet fairly quickly. It has to be easy to clean, even when the undesirable coagulation process takes place in the reactor. Stand/Lift: Stainless steel construction with electric or hydraulic vessel lift and optional vessel pivoting function for easy cleaning. Condenser Line: Manual open/close ball valve, condenser with approx 0,1 m2 (or more) exchange area, manual open/close ball valve for venting, nitrogen and vacuum. Dosage Equipment The dosage equipment of styrene/butadiene and other additional compound should provide precise continuous dosage of compounds with accuracy at least 0,5%. The dosage system may based on pump(two for monomers and one for reserve) and balance, pump and flow meter systems. All of the feed vessels must be approved/compatible with reactor pressure rating. Starting material vessel One for styrene – 10 l One for butadiene – 8 l One for acrylonitrile – 5 l One for future monomer – 5 l Vacuum pump line Must be capable of working with 0,04 bar absolute pressure. Consisting of condenser, dip tube and vacuum pump. All elements must be resistant to styrene, butadiene, halogen compounds, organic solvents and water solutions of bases or acids (pH range from 3,5 to 12). All lines must be easily detachable for ease of cleaning, Heating/cooling system – refrigerating/heating unit System: Must be fully integrated and capable of running fully automatic, semi-automatic, manual, and have ability to change settings as the system runs. Must be compatible with future growth like calorimeter. Must be computer (automatic) operated: -stirring -temperature (Jacket and reactor interior) -pressure - N2, vacuum valve opening - mass flow rates styrene, butadiene, acrylonitrile and other monomers Parameters such as: rpm, torque, temperatures (in jacket and reactor), pressure, should be displayed on the screen of computer.
