August 11, 2013 Our Lady of the Assumption Registration for the 2013-2014 School Year Page 3 We are preparing for the 2013-2014 Religious Education school year and the registration process is already underway. At this time, you should be aware of the following: • Classes for the upcoming year will begin on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. • Religious Ed registration (and re-registration) will be conducted onTuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from July 16 through September 19. Hours for August (13th to 29th) will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 2:00PM to 7:00PM. September hours will be announced at Mass and published in the Church Bulletin. • All registration (and re-registration) must be done in person. You will complete a standard form for our records. There will be NO registration by mail this year. • If you are NOT a member of this parish, you must bring proof of membership at another parish; this is usually in the form of a church offering envelope, which has your name and number printed on it. • Registration Tuition Fee: Individual (1 child) $120 Family (2 or more children) $150 • Fees must be paid by check or in cash when you come in to register. There will be no refund of the fees once classes have begun. If you are registering for the first time: * Please bring your child’s Baptismal Certificate so we can make a copy for our records. This is necessary even if your child was baptized at OLA. (If your child has never been baptized, please bring the Birth Certificate.) * If your child has already received First Communion, please bring the First Communion Certificate (or other documentation) showing this.
