Participation will be accepted upon registration beforehand, and is free of charge for members of
Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. For Non-Members the participation fee amounts to 170 PLN
(net price/ person). A VAT invoice for the payment of the fee will be issued before the meeting.
REMARK: Please be informed, registration is binding. If you fail to give cancellation notice until 18
November, you will be invoiced for 200 PLN + VAT.

 you accept the regulation of Speed Business Meeting and
 agree on processing of your personal data for organizational, archival and statistical reasons.
I was informed that giving my personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the realization of
this meeting. Administrative body of the personal data given in this very document are
organizers of the meeting: AHK Poland, Belgian Business Chamber, French Polish Chamber of
Commerce, Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Polish Portuguese Chamber of
Commerce, Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Polish-Swiss Chamber of
Commerce. Under the Data Protection Act of 29th August 1997 (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of
Laws]2002 No. 101, item 926) I have the right to access my data, correct and modify them
and exercise other entitlements from the above mentioned Act.
We would like to ask you to give a free consent to processing your personal data given in this
