General information
The Centre of Product Certification operates within the framework of the Rail Vehicles Institute
„TABOR” as a unit:
-
notified (NB1940) to the European Commission within the Directive 2008/57/EC in the
field of infrastructure and rolling stock
-
authorized under the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime
Economy on 7 August 2012. on certificates of approval to exploitation of the type (Dziennik
Ustaw, item 919)
-
appointed on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and
Maritime Economy on 10 May 2012. on the interoperability of the railway system (Dziennik
Ustaw, item 492).
In all these areas the Centre of Product Certification cooperates closely with the Laboratory of Rail Vehicles Tests accredited by PCA (AB 744).
