Report RB 37/2016 – Establishment of BOŚ S.A. Supervisory Board –
announced on 24 June 2016
Pursuant to provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of
Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of
securities and on the conditions under which such information is recognised as
equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member state, the
Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with registered seat in
Warsaw hereby informs that in connection with the expiration of the term of the
Supervisory Board, the Annual General Meeting of BOŚ SA on 23 June 2016
appointed the Supervisory Board of Bank X term for the years 2016-2019. The same
day the Supervisory Board established themselves as follows:
1. Wojciech Piotr Wardacki - Chairman
2. Andrzej Grzegorz Matysiak - Vice Chairman
3. Emil Stanisław Ślązak - Secretary

4. Janina Goss
5. Oskar Marek Kowalewski
6. Paweł Wojciech Mzyk
7. Piotr Sadownik
8. Marian Szołucha
The Bank Management Board further informs that the new appointees including
Janina Goss, Andrzej Grzegorz Matysiak, Oskar Kowalewski, Wojciech Paweł Mzyk,
Emil Stanisław Ślązak, Marian Szołucha and Wojciech Wardacki has declared that:
a. none of their activities is competitive against the business of the Bank;
b. they do not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil
partnership, as a member of the body of a company or any other competitive
legal person as a member of its body;
c. the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under provisions of the National
Court Register Act contains no entry concerning them.
Moreover Mr Piotr Sadownik declared that:
a. none of his activities is competitive against the business of the Bank, subject
point b) below;
b. he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil
partnership, as a member of the body of a company or any other competitive
legal person as a member of its body. Mr Piotr Sadownik is a member of the
supervisory body of a company competing with BOS SA - he performs the role
of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA;
c. the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under provisions of the National
Court Register Act contains no entry concerning him.
