In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 points 21 and 22 of the Regulation of the
Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by
issuers of securities and conditions deemed equivalent to information required under
regulations of a non-member state, Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with registered
seat in Warsaw announces that the BOŚ S.A. Supervisory Board passed a
resolution, on 15 September 2015:
 to dismiss Mr Paweł Kazimierz Lemańczyk as Vice-President of the Bank
Management Board,
and
 to appoint Mr Piotr Bolesław Lisiecki Vice-President of the Bank Management
Board.
No further changes were made to the Bank.
The new Management Board member’s career path:
Education, college level:
 Mikołaj Kopernik University of Toruń, with professional title: magister in physics
 Poznań University of Economics [Akademia Ekonomiczna w Poznaniu]
postgraduate course in management & marketing
 TEMPUS programme participation on a scholarship with Leeds University (UK).
Career path:
1995 to 2010: worked for Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., recently in position of Business
Banking Centre Director, overseeing implementation of a new
business clients service model. Previously he served in sales positions
at Bank branches, participated in a personnel development
programme offered by AIB Bank Dublin, and served as Branch
Director;
September 2010 to April 2012: worked for Kredyt Bank S.A. as Managing Director
with Corporate Banking Centres Network Department;
April 2012 to May 2013 served as Corporate Clients Department Director with
DZ Bank S.A.;
June 2013 to appointment date: served as Managing Director for Corporate Sales
Department with Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
Mr Piotr Lisiecki is also active in a business company called REM
Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. His activity is not competitive against the business of the
Bank.
The Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under provisions of the National Court
Register Act contains no entry concerning Piotr Lisiecki.
