KiK chain will be a tenant of upgraded ETC Swarzędz. The shop will cover 550 sq. m.
TheopeningofmodernisedmallisplannedfortheH22017.
KiK shops offers a wide range of products including clothing, toys, home textiles, garden
productsandmanyothers.CommercializationhasbeenrealisedwithsupportofBOIG.
“Lease of space in a renovated ETC Swarzędz proceeds at a satisfactory pace. Currently,
commercialization level is close to 75% and more than half a year left until the opening.
In recent weeks, we have already signed two agreements with major brands – KiK and
Deichmann. Talks concerning other spaces are in advanced negotiations” – says Marcin

Secret,Yes,AptekaHeurekaiOrganicFarma.Therewillalsobeplacesforlocaltenantslike
MineWine,KidsOK,PrestigeObuwie,PANI,BiuroPodróżyJamajka,ItalianrestaurantDon
LucciandfloristFlorist.Moreover,inthenewETC,clientswillbeabletousetheservicesof
hairdressers,beauticians,laundryorfitnessclub.Therewillalsobeanewfoodcourtinthe
mall.
TheupgradeofETCSwarzędzstartedinJuly2016.Themainobjectiveistoaligntheproperty
withthelatesttrendsintradeandarchitecture.Aftertherebuilding,themall’stotalareawill
be20000sq.m.Regardlessoftheconstructionworks,ETCSwarzędzstillfunctions.Thecar
parkinfrontofthemallhousesatemporaryopen-airspacewithcloseto30trade,service
and food vendors.While in the centre, at the designed location, Intermarché, drugstore
Rossmann,EuroETVAGDandYESjewelleroperatetemporary.
The project is implemented by a joint venture of Grupa Capital Park (investor) and Akron
Group(propertyowner).
