LPP will open a RESERVED showroom at ETC Swarzędz, which is currently undergoing
athoroughupgradeandrecommercialisationproject.Theshoppingmallinitscompletely
new incarnation will open in H2 2017. The RESERVED store will lease ca. 1,700 square
metresofspace.

andyouth,aswellasabroadrangeofaccessories.Thechainpridesitselfonacombination
ofhighqualityandcomfortaccordingtothelatesttrendsintheworld’sfashions.RESERVED

The main objective of the upgrade of ETC Swarzędz is to bring the facility in line with the
latest trends in commerce and architecture. The modernisation will generate commercial
space matched with the trendiest current concepts. To address the expectations of
customers,theshoppingmallwillbefittedwithspaciouspassagewaysandanattractivefood
court.Themallwillgetanewfaçadeandconvenientinteriors,anditwillbeadjustedforthe
needsofvisitorswithdisabilitiesandfamilieswithchildren.Fortheconvenienceofdrivers,
thepropertywillhouseacarparkwithupto750free-of-chargeparkingspaces.
Thefloorareaoftheshoppingmallaftertheupgradewillbe20thousandsquaremeters.It
will accommodate 80 shops and service providers, including Intermarché, Pepco, CCC,
Rossmann,DrogeriaNatura,Empik,RTVEuroAGD,TopSecret,YesandOrganicFarma.Local
tenantsincludeMineWine,KidsOK,PrestigeObuwie,thetravelagentJamajka,theItalian
restaurantDonLucci,andtheflorist’sFlorist.ThenewETCwillalsohouseserviceproviders
includingafitnessclub,ahairdresser’s,abeautician’s,adrycleaner’s,aswellasanattractive
foodcourt.
The project is implemented by a joint venture of Grupa Capital Park (investor) and Akron
Group(propertyowner).
