pursuant to Article 69 (1) (1) and Article 87 (1) (2) (a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the
Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005
No. 184 item 1539 as amended) notifies that Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty established by Pioneer Pekao
Towarzystwko Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. is the shareholder holding the number of shares at the GM specified in the table
above.
Comments:
Investment fund portfolios are a sub-group of all the portfolios of the Clients of PPIM.
