The Management Board of FABRYKI MEBLI “FORTE” S.A. with registered office in Ostrów Mazowiecka
hereby informs that on the 3rd of January of 2014 it obtained the following information from Pioneer
Pekao Investment Management SA (PPIM):
“I. Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA (PPIM), in performance of the agreement
for provision of services in the scope of investment fund portfolio management, concluded
between Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and PPIM, and acting
on the basis of art. 69, section 1, item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offer and
conditions for introducing the financial instruments into the organized trade system and
on public companies (i.e. J. of L. 2009 No. 185 item 1439) hereby informs on behalf of
the funds:
1. Pioneer Open Investment Fund
2. Telekomunikacja Polska Specialized Open Investment Fund
of the increase of engagement of the above funds up to the level of 5,07% of total number of vote
rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company FABRYKI MEBLI “FORTE” S.A. in the
scope of shares forming the content of portfolios of these funds managed in the framework of
performance by PPIM of service of management of investment fund poftfolio.
Concerns: investment funds created by Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA

of services in the scope of investment fund portfolio management, concluded between Pioneer Pekao
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and PPIM, and acting on the basis of art. 69, section 1,

1439) hereby informs on behalf of Pioneer Open Investment Fund of the increase of engagement of
the above funds up to the level of 5,08% of total number of vote rights at the General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company FABRYKI MEBLI “FORTE” S.A. in the scope of shares forming the
content of portfolio of this fund managed in the framework of performance by PPIM of service of
management of investment fund portfolio.
