New Vice President of the Management Board in ABC Data.
Andrzej Kuźniak will strengthen sales in Poland and Europe
On 8th April 2015, The Supervisory Board of ABC Data S.A. has expanded The Management
Board of the Company. To the management team of one the leading distributors of IT
equipment and consumer electronics in Central and Eastern Europe, Andrzej Kuźniak was
appointed to the position of Vice President of the Management Board.
The new board member will head the sales department of ABC Data S.A. With extensive
knowledge and experience of Mr. Kuźniak, the company wants to build a more effective sales
organization and strengthen its position in key market segments, distribution, and continue
the development of e-commerce segment.

Andrzej Kuźniak has been involved for 20 years in project management and development
teams specializing in distribution channels, developing relationships with suppliers, creating
product offers, implementing marketing strategies. Was related to, among others, companies

is owned by him. During his career, has had a lot of success in building of the position of
companies in the segment of IT and building relationships network with customers.

Since 2012, Andrzej Kuźniak was managing the company APN Service, which is also owned by
him; for six years, until 2011, Andrzej was Regional General Manager of Toshiba Europe
GmbH, expanding the company's business department and being responsible for the
development of structures in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, and later also
in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. In 2002-2005, he served as Sales Director and then as
President of the Board of Karen Notebook SA developing a chain of shops and the internal
management of the company. Since 1995 until 2002 was associated with Techmex S.A. being
responsible for, inter alia, dealer channel development and acquisition of new suppliers of
products in the distribution of laptops in Poland. He graduated from the Silesian University of
Technology, Faculty of Mining and Geology.
