USEFUL INFORMATION
1. The venue and time of the Conference:
Szczecin – ferry (Gdańsk - Nynäshamn –
Stockholm - Nynäshamn – Gdańsk) – Szczecin –
23.04. – 26.04.2010
2. The reviewed papers will be published in Zeszyty
Naukowe (Research Journal of Maritime
University of Szczecin (4 points) and in
Conference Proceedings.
3. The sponsoring firms will be presented during the
Conference.
4. The Conference program will be given in the next
announcement.
5. Preliminary conference fee is 1,800 PLN (1,100
PLN – ferry, accommodation and board on the
ferry, social program in Sweden – paid to the
account of MORSKIE BIURO PODRÓŻY
SZCZECIN PŻB SA and 700 PLN covering the
paper publishing costs paid to the account of
Akademia Morska w Szczecinie).
6. Editorial notes for authors and account numbers to
pay ferry and publications costs will be available
for downloading after 30.10.2009 from this site:
www.am.szczecin.pl (link to information on the
EXPLO-SHIP 2010 Conference).
7. Official conference languages are: Polish, English,
German and Russian.
Due to the fact that the Conference will take
place in Sweden, participants must have an
uptodate ID or passport !!!
Preliminary schedule:
The full text papers should be sent till 20 January 2010
(up to 8 pages) in one of the conference languages
(English, German, Russian or French). Texts which do
not satisfy these requirements will not be published.
Only papers positively reviewed will be printed.
