Opis projektu:
The project “ACTIVATOR – the culture for space, space for the culture”- is a network
of mobile cultural centers - an interdisciplinary, transnational project, which was
created for the intensification of social participation in culture and art, with
educational activities and integration over generational and social divisions with an
emphasis on actions in the space (local, urban space).The idea behind the project is
to inspire creative behaviors, animation and social integration, developing creative
artistic expression and broaden the educational offer directed at children and the
elderly. Building a transnational network of activators as a place of experience and
implementation of the activities in space.The project is also the answer to the needs
of key cultural players – what is the best way to organize cultural events, how to
encourage local communities to take action, how to support young debuting artists,
how to establish contacts that may contribute to organization of even better cultural
events.The project will be implemented in three countries by organizations dealing
with space and space activities directed to residents of local communities.ACTIVATOR
is a network of 3 national Activators in Poland, Germany and Slovakia at temporary
premises with an area of about 450 m2 each, which addresses the needs of
organizations and people involved in the area of culture, and all people interested in
changing their reality.National Activators will be incubators of creativity and at the
same time place of more than 150 cultural events and may become one of the most
visited places in each city of the partners, and also an example and guide for other
organizations and communities who want to work for local and urban space.The
project will be a series of cultural activities (workshops conducted by cultural
animators, concerts by debuting artists) but also activities in support of cultural
organizations (study visits).
