Second Announcement
Dear Colleagues, dear Friends,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee we would like to kindly inform you about the
progress in the organisation and the updates of the programme of the 9th Polish-German
Symposium on Pharmaceutical Sciences in Kraków.
Registration and abstract submission:
On-line registration form and abstract template are available on the symposium webpage:

All abstracts must be prepared according to the abstract template. Abstracts for poster
presentation should be submitted by the end of 26th of February, 2017. Please send your
abstracts by email to the secretary of the symposium [email protected]. Authors will
be notified of acceptance of their work by 31st of March, 2017. The Abstracts have to be written
in English and should not exceed two pages. Tables and figures can be included in a text. The
accepted abstracts will be distributed in electronic and printed form within conference
materials.
Poster presentations:
Posters should be prepared in the maximum size of 1200 x 900 mm. All accepted posters
will be displayed during the whole second day of the symposium. Posters will be attached at
the allocated position. Organisers will provide technical equipment for mounting of the posters.
The work from selected posters will be also presented in form of the short oral presentation
during the last session of the conference.
Please note that one presenting author can send only one abstract and present one poster.
Every poster need to have separate presenting author.
Short oral presentations:
The work from selected posters will be presented orally during the last session.
Therefore, we kindly ask all presenting authors of posters to send us one slide in PDF format
(4:3 format) and prepare 3 minute speech about the performed research work presented on the
poster.
Participation of accompanying persons in the social events:
Accompanying persons are warmly welcome to join the social events of the conference.
They are kindly requested to cover the costs of participation (220PLN or 50€). Participants are
requested to inform the secretary of the Conference about accompanying persons and make a
bank transfer to the Conference bank account.
