2. Ukraiński naukowiec szuka polskiego partnera do projektu Marie Curie w dziedzinie geotechnologii
Treść listu poniżej:
”I, Volodymyr Smyk, an expert in the field of geotechnology, am looking for a research institute, which will be
interested in my projects and will agree to be a partner in Marie Curie actions. I’ve got published 41 scientific
works, 20 patents for innovation in the field of minerals mining, ecology and geology. My total scientific seniority is
25 years.
In the field of mining, I’ve developed a number of ways for mineral deposits’ exploitation. These works underlay in
the thesis for a Doctor’s degree and applied in industry at two mining plants in Ukraine and Turkmenistan. The total
annual economical effect was 1.8 million USD.
7
At the moment, I work on development of technology for forecast during oil and gas exploration activity. This
technology will give a chance to cut down costs in two times and to reduce the time for prospecting works.
Based on oil and gas demand in Ukraine, as well as in Poland, similarity in geology of two countries, and Russian
combustible natural minerals dependence, I propose to continue research activities in this field with the help of
Marie Curie fund.
The second important direction of my research activities is industry waste burial, including nuclear-waste disposal.
I’ve got a patent for equipment and the way of waste burial.
If you are interested in my proposal, please let me know.
