"Distance leading" is an integral and important part of all kinds of collaborative working environments. Dealing with this phenomenon, however, is still connected with great uncertainty. Neither practice nor research have clear approaches of how to design distance leading successfully. Distance leading must contain face-to-face elements for the sake of trust building. It cannot be based on technology and telemedial creation alone. Therefore, "blended leading" cannot only be considered as the most appropriate problem description in practice but as the most likely basis of problem solving! Especially the problematic and hardly researched relationship between trust(building) and informational grounding of leadership is a worthwhile starting point to develop effective concepts and methods of "blended leading". The eEurope 2005 action plan sets out a roadmap for greater use of technologies, new services and systems, built around an objective of a \\\"European e-Health Area\\\". It calls for the creation of a secure, reliable, efficient and easily accessible eHealth infrastructure that supports EU citizens. Information technologies offer the possibility to answer that call in many ways. One first step forward is the use of chip card solutions that are already implemented in some EU states. On the downside these systems offer limited functionality and are not transparent to the EU citizen. Electronic Health Records (EHR) pose as a reasonable amendment to fill that gap. As the next step in eHealth they promise, merged with existing chip card solutions, to fulfil the information society`s requirements. Warsztaty “Metodyka Project Management – Komunikacja i negocjacje w projekcie”, Warszawa, 19-21.09.2005 Pragnę poinformować, iż w dnich 19 - 21 września 2005r. odbędą się warsztaty Metodyka Project Management cz. II, poświęcone zagadnieniom Komunikacji i Negocjacji w projekcie.
