Page 3 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will begin on Tuesday, August 12th and extend through Tuesday, September 23rd. It will be held at the Religious Ed offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Times for Registration: Tuesday 2PM to 7PM Wednesday 2PM to 5PM Thursday 2PM to 5PM The tuition fee for the school year 2014-2015 will be the same as last year. However, we are adding a preparation fee of $50 for First Holy Communion. We already have a preparation fee for Confirmation. These fees help defray the costs of certificates, photography, retreat, confirmation gown etc. These payments They must be paid at the same time as the tuition fee. Fee rates: Tuition for one Child $120 Tuition for 2 or more children $150 Preparation for First Communion $ 50 Preparation for Confirmation $ 85 NOTE: Parents of students advancing to Grade 7, 8 or Prep 6 must meet with the Religious Ed Director at the time of registration to receive Confirmation Requirement forms and information. If your child is registering for the first time (must be at least 6 years old): Please bring your child’s Baptismal Certificate so we can make a copy for our records. This is necessary even if your child was baptized at OLA. (If your child has never baptized, please bring the Birth Certificate) If your child has already received First Communion, please bring the First Communion Certificate (or other documentation) showing this. Zapisy prowadzone będą w biurze Centrum Edukacji Religijnej we wtorki, środy i czwartki w następujących godzinach: wtorek: 14:00-19:00, środa: 14:00-17:00, czwartek: 14:00-17:00. Opłaty za naukę religii będą takie same jak w roku ubiegłym z tą różnicą, że wprowadzone będą zmiany w opłatach związanych z przygotowaniem do 1szej komunii św. i bierzmowania. Opłatę związaną z przygotowaniem do sakramentów Pierwszej Komunii Świętej i Bierzmowania należy uiścić wraz z opłatą za cały rok nauki. Wysokość opłat: - za 1 dziecko: $ 120 - za dwoje lub wiecej dzieci: $ 150 - Pierwsza Komunia Święta: $50 (tj. opłata za fotografa i materiały przygotowawcze) - Bierzmowanie: $85 (opłata za materiały, rekolekcje, strój na uroczystość) UWAGA: Rodzice uczniów rozpoczynających naukę w klasach VII, VIII oraz Prep 6 muszą w trakcie dokonywania zapisów spotkać się z dyrektorem Programu Edukacji Religijnej, aby otrzymać listę wymagań dotyczących Sakramentu Bierzmowania i potrzebne informacje. NABOŻEŃSTWO CZERWCOWE W każdą niedzielę czerwca na pół godziny przed Mszą św. wieczorną w języku polskim (o godz. 16:30 ), w naszym kościele jest odprawiane Nabożeństwo Czerwcowe. Ponadto w dni powszednie wieczorami o godz. 19:00 grupa osób gromadzi się przy Krzyżu na zewnątrz kościoła, aby odmawiać Litanię Do Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa. KURS BEZPIECZNEJ JAZDY Jest to kurs teoretyczny przeznaczony zarówno dla początkujących, jak i dla doświadczonych kierowców. Kurs odbędzie się w naszej Parafii Matki Bożej Wniebowziętej w sobotę 28 czerwca, w godz: 8:3015:00, w sali pod kościołem. Koszt kursu wynosi $45. Prosimy o wypisywanie czeków na naszą parafię -OLA.
