The flight restriction area is segregated for securing
flights of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) conducted
beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS). Entry into the
area is possible during intervals between the flights,
only after obtaining permission from the flights
organiser.

5.1 Rejon ograniczeń lotów wydzielony jest w przestrzeni
odpowiedzialności służby FIS KRAKÓW.
The flight restriction area is segregated within the area
of responsibility of KRAKÓW FIS.

5.2 Rejon ograniczeń lotów podlega procedurze
zamawiania i aktywacji przez organizatora lotów
zgodnie z AIP VFR, VFR ENR 2.7 pkt 4 oraz pkt 5.1.
The flight restriction area is subject to the ordering and
activation procedure by the organiser of flights in
accordance with AIP VFR, VFR ENR 2.7 point 4 and
point 5.1.
5.3 Loty w rejonie ograniczeń lotów będą wykonywane
z prędkością mniejszą niż 250 kt IAS, a operator UAV
wykonujący loty w rejonie ograniczeń lotów ma
obowiązek utrzymywać odległość 500 ft od górnej
granicy rejonu oraz 500 m bufora poziomego wewnątrz
rejonu.
Flights within the flight restriction area will be carried
out at speeds not greater than 250 kt IAS and the
operator of the unmanned aerial vehicle carrying out
flights within the flight restriction area is obliged to
maintain a distance of 500 ft from the upper limit of the
area and 500 m of inner buffer within the area.
5.4 Miejsce startu i lądowania znajduje się w obrębie
granic rejonu ograniczeń lotów.
Takeoff and landing site is located within boudaries of
the flight restriction area.
5.5 Priorytet posiadają ćwiczenia wojskowe oraz loty na
wykładanie szczepionki i zabiegi agrolotnicze (rejon
ograniczeń lotów EA 76 nie może być aktywowany
w przypadku kolizyjności z ww. przedsięwzięciami).
Military exercises, flights for vaccine dropping and
agricultural tasks have priority (the flight restriction
area EA 76 may not be activated in the case of being in
collision with the above-mentioned activities.)
