Rejon wydzielony dla zabezpieczenia lotów bezzałogowego statku
powietrznego wykonywanych poza zasięgiem wzroku operatora. Loty innych
statków powietrznych możliwe tylko po uzyskaniu zgody od organizatora
lotów, w przerwie między operacjami.
The area is segregated for securing unmanned aerial vehicle flights
performed beyond visual line of sight of an operator. Flights of other aircraft
are possible during breaks between flights by arrangement with the organiser.

4.1
Aktywny rejon ograniczeń lotów wydzielony jest
odpowiedzialności służby FIS KRAKÓW i APP KRAKÓW.

The flight restriction area is designated within the airspace under
responsibility of KRAKÓW FIS and KRAKÓW APP.
4.2
Rejon ograniczeń lotów podlega procedurze zamawiania i aktywacji przez
organizatora lotów zgodnie z AIP Polska ENR 2.2.3, pkt 4 oraz pkt 5.1 .
The flight restriction area is to be requested and activated by the organiser of
flights according to the procedure described in AIP Poland, ENR 2.2.3 points
4 and 5.1.
4.3
Operator bezzałogowego statku powietrznego wykonujący loty w rejonie
ograniczeń lotów ma obowiązek utrzymywać odległość 500 ft od górnej
granicy oraz 500 m bufora poziomego wewnątrz rejonu.
An operator of an unmanned aerial vehicle carrying out flights within the flight
restriction area is obliged to maintain a distance of 500 ft from the upper limit
and 500 m of inner buffer within the area.
4.4
Rejon ograniczeń lotów nie posiada priorytetu w stosunku do ćwiczeń
wojskowych.
The flight restriction area has no priority over military exercises.
4.5
